The RV 701 navigator and remote provides remote functionality, digital switching capabilities and control for the entire RV ecosystem. It connects to the FUSION-Link audio system and EmpirBus digital switching platform via Wi-Fi technology to provide digital switching capabilities and wireless connection with compatible in-dash infotainment systems and stereos.
Customized RV Navigation
In addition to its remote control capabilities, RV 701 can also perform as a stand-alone navigation device. It includes the full suite of Garmin RV navigation features, including customized RV routing for large RVs, towables or caravans based on vehicle profile information (customizable by height, weight, length and width). It also finds preferred routes suitable for the size and weight of the RV, towable or caravan2.
This navigator also provides driver alerts for dangerous curves, speed changes, railroad crossings, school zones and more. Drivers enjoy the added convenience of interchange and junction view guidance and the Garmin Real Directions? feature, which uses nearby landmarks, buildings and traffic lights to help identify turns. There are also map tools for traffic, cities ahead and more.
It¡¯s Road-trip Ready
The RV 701 navigator and remote comes prepared for adventure with points of interest (POIs) that include public campgrounds, a U.S. national parks directory, TripAdvisor? ratings and millions of Foursquare? POIs.
The Garmin Drive App Provides Even More
Your customers and vehicle owners can download the free Garmin Drive app to a compatible smartphone. This gives them access to live traffic, advanced weather and photoLive traffic cameras ¡ª right on RV 7013.
